Oral presentation
The location for the oral sessions will be the
Katharinensaal at the ground floor of the Academy of Music and Theatre,
St. Katharinenstift 8, 18055 Rostock
Computer and beamer will be provided
for PowerPoint presentations.
Accepted file formats: IBM compatible, MS PowerPoint,
videos running by the MS standard version of Windows Media player.
To allow a smooth course of talks, the speakers are
encouraged to upload their presentation using the electronic
submission site which is online from August 1st to September
14th or to send their presentation on CD-ROM via regular mail to
the congress secretariat not later than September 14th. You may
check and/or alter your presentation in the Media Check up to 1h
prior to your presentation.
All data will be deleted irrevocably shortly after
the meeting.
Slide presentation will NOT be
available. Usage of own laptops is discouraged.
Every speaker should keep within
the given time, considering appropriate time for discussion (minimum
5 minutes).
Poster presentation
The location for the poster sessions will be
the Kapitelsaal and the Orgelsaal at the ground and first floor
of the Academy of Music and Theatre, St. Katharinenstift 8, 18055
Rostock
Posters will be grouped in four
poster sessions according to topics. The time slot for each poster
will be 8min (3min presentation + 5min discussion)
Format of poster has to be max. DIN A0 (height x width:
118 cm × 84 cm). Posters should be mounted on Thursday, 15th
September, between 11:00 and 12:30 and should remain fixed throughout
the congress time. There will be sufficient material to affix the
posters.
The best posters will be selected for the Poster Award
session, to be held on Saturday, 17th September, from 10:45-11:30
in the Katharinensaal of the Academy for Music and Theatre in Rostock.
The nominated scientists will be asked to give a 3min oral presentation
followed by 2min for discussion, with their posters being presented
in electronic form via beamer projection.
For this purpose speakers are encouraged to submit their poster
as electronic file (MS PowerPoint or tif-format). The files should
be uploaded using the electronic
submission site which is online from August 1st to September
14th or send on CD-ROM via regular mail to the congress secretariat
not later than September 14th. In the event of failure to provide
the poster in electronic format, the contribution cannot be considered
for the Award session.
All data will be deleted irrevocably immediately
after the meeting.
Registration fees
Online registration and payment via bank transfer is absolutely
recommended. Transfer your dues to the following account and make
sure that the name of the participant is clearly indicated.
